TERMS OF SERVICE

T1. PRODUCT & DISCLAIMERS.• You can request your commission by dming me on twitter (@linkolinkolink) or discord (linkolink) with all of the details.• You'll be assigned to a queue. It may take some time to finish your request depending on how many people are on the line. Typically within a 3 week period.• Additional characters are +50% of the price, in total being the original cost multiplied by 1.50 on said extra character, or simply as 0.50*(original cost) per extra character.These could change depending on the complexity of what is commissioned.• After the details for the illustration are given, I will proceed drawing the sketch. You will approve of the sketch or request any changes desired before moving on.
The full payment has to be made after the sketch is finished.
No major changes will be done after the sketch is approved.• File extensions that store images with layers (.clip, .psd, ...) are sold separately for the same price of the commission that was requested.• The commissioned drawings are for personal use only. For commercial use you have to buy the layered file extension (.clip, .psd, ...).2. ART ETHICS.
• If requested, small changes can be made once the drawing is delivered—as long as they're not very complex and fall within a close delivery period, asking for changes of old drawings will be ignored unless paid. Asking for extra-features not specified on the sketch before approval will not be done.• I will send you as many updates on my progress as possible in order to keep you updated on the commission and fix anything.I will draw:
• OC art.
• Furries.
• Animals.
• Humans (cartoonish).
• Soft gore (small cuts, a little blood, ...).I will NOT draw:
• NSFW.
• Heavy gore (deep wounds, heavy physical trauma, murder, executions, assassinations).
• Any sort of fetish (feet, vore, bloatness, futa, feces, urine, snuff, vomit, and such).
• Loli / Shota.
• Depictions of real people (artists, politicians, historical figures, ...)
• Depictions of hate (politics, protests, racism, xenophobia, ...)
• Things I am not comfortable with.3. REFUNDS.
Refunds are only applicable if:
1. Your commission hasn't been delivered within the promised date range. This date range starts once you're in the queue of "in progress" (also known as "working on"), not on the "pending" queue, as the line of commissions is unpredictable.
2. I suspended the commission.OTHERWISE THERE WILL BE NO REFUND
